Captiva Wedding Planner | Coastal Destination Wedding at South Seas Island Resort
Tara + Justin's gorgeous coastal destination wedding at South Seas Island resort was a stunner!
Tara & her maids carried white and greenery bouquets made with bright white peonies, garden roses and ranunculus with touches of Queen Anne's Lace. It was a gorgeous combination of lush, full blooms and heart textured greenery. A perfect option for the beachside affair!
I crafted the boutonnieres with a variety of beautiful greenery textures and full white ranunculus.
The large ceremony arrangements were made with the same florals as bouquets, with lots of extra greenery. The asymmetrical shape made a fantastic statement! The large stone urns were a great choice for added texture & shape (and kept the breeze from knocking them over too)!
The altar was defined with a semi-circle of mostly greenery arrangements in wood boxes. We started low and increased height toward the center. This installation was so fun to make and I really loved how it turned out!
For the reception, it was all about soft, romantic decor with lots of driftwood accents in soft grey and bright white. We also added geodes to the place settings & cake for natural texture and a slight, subtle pop of color.
